"We went here because it was close to our hotel and it was Michelin recommended. Our first impression was that it was efficient. There are multiple levels and when you walk in they direct you to certain levels. Then once you get to the right level you have to put your order in and pay as soon as you walk in. Don’t worry you won’t feel a lot of pressure because there are only four menu items: hot soup, dumplings, cold noodles, and a seasonal soup. We ordered the hot noodle soup and dumplings. They came out quick and hot. We didn’t fall in love with the dumplings and thought they needed soy sauce. The soup was tasty though. Overall, it was worth a try but didn’t blow us away. We appreciated the service and it being quick but not feeling rushed."

After trying it, I was quite disappointed because it was not as delicious or satisfying as the price, the reviews, or the sacrifice of having to wait in a long line. The noodles tasted ordinary, the dumplings were also ordinary, and the kimchi was just average with a strong onion flavor. Strangely enough, the iced water was the most enjoyable part because it was very cold and made my throat feel refreshed. Since five-star ratings are given too easily, I feel obligated to give one star, as I believe the evaluation is exaggerated and overclaimed 🙏🙏"
